1. The content of the maintenance and repair work of the air conditioner chiller
1) Check the oil pressure and quantity of compressor refrigeration oil;
2) Leakage detection by the system (refrigerant) and timely treatment of leaks;
3) Check for abnormal sound, vibration and high temperature;
4) Check the temperature and pressure of the condenser and cooler;
5) Check whether the various valves are normal
6) Check the temperature and pressure of the water in and out of the chiller;
7) Check the terminals on the main circuit and compact them;
8) Check the electrical control part;
9) Check the lubrication system of the unit;
10) Check the working status of each instrument and controller;
11) Keep the equipment in a clean state;
12) Check the cleaning and drying filter. After the desiccant absorbs moisture, it should be dried or replaced;
13) Inspection and setting value of safety protection device of refrigeration equipment;
14) Check the oil pressure and quantity of compressor refrigeration oil;
15) Check and tighten all wire contacts on the circuit;
16) Check the electrical control part;
17) Water treatment once a year and filter cleaning twice a year.
