Scale formation: Inorganic salt crystals dissolved in water in the pipeline are precipitated, and scale is formed on the wall of the heat exchange surface such as the condenser, resulting in a reduction in heat exchange efficiency and a reduction in cooling effect. In severe cases, it decreases by 30%. At the same time, the increase of hard scale will increase the power consumption or fuel consumption, and increase by 35% in severe cases.

Main engine: The main engine runs for a period of time. Water system: The chilled water system, because tap water is often used to make up water through the water tank, it will breed algae, bacteria and other microorganisms in the expansion tank and the pipeline. Its dead corpses and sludge, oil and other debris adhere to each other. Attached to equipment and pipelines, affecting the amount of circulating water and heat exchange. At the same time, the generation of microorganisms and sedimentation promotes the formation of concentration corrosion batteries and the generation of under-scale corrosion, thereby increasing the corrosion rate of metals.


Fin heat exchanger: As long-term operation will be full of dust, if it can not be cleaned in time, it will not only increase the resistance of the heat exchanger, but also reduce the air volume of the fan. The reduction will make the heat exchanger inefficient. Due to the poor heat exchange effect of the outdoor heat exchanger, the refrigerant cannot obtain the necessary heat dissipation. The high pressure of the system increases, high pressure protection and exhaust temperature protection appear; due to the increase of high pressure, the low pressure of the system will generally increase, and the compressor load Increased, it is likely that compressor overload or protection module protection will occur.
