Frame structure

Box plate
The foam insulation structure in the middle of the double-layer plate is 25-50mm thick, and the external base material is the secondary spraying steel plate of hot-dip galvanized plate, with beautiful appearance, climate resistant, corrosion-resistant and rust resistant. The inner plate is hot-dip galvanized, which is also corrosion-resistant and rust-proof. The middle part is filled with rigid polyurethane foaming agent and evenly mixed for foaming. The inner and outer box plates are closely combined, the heat preservation performance is good, the box plate structure is solid and the sound insulation / vibration isolation performance is good.
Filter
Double layer nylon concave convex net is adopted, which is convenient for replacement and disassembly, and can be cleaned and reused for many times. The air inlet can be equipped with a non-woven folded plate filter or a new return air mixing box as required.
Humidifier
For air humidification, it can be added according to the user's requirements, but it may affect the overall dimension of the whole machine.
Different types of humidifiers can be configured according to the user's use occasions, including dry steam humidifier / electrode humidifier / electric humidifier;
High pressure spray humidifier / wet film humidifier, etc. the first three are isothermal humidification, and the latter two are equal enthalpy humidification.
The dry steam humidifier requires the user to supply the steam source. After the dry steam humidifier is separated from the dry steam humidifier, the dry steam is ejected from the nozzle for humidification.
The electrode humidifier uses water to vaporize directly by the action of electrode, which is easy to control and adjust and can work in low and high temperature environment characteristic.
The electrode humidifier directly uses electric heating to make water boil and vaporize, which is easy to control and adjust and can work in low temperature and high humidity environment.
High pressure spray humidifier uses high pressure pump and atomizer to atomized water into tiny particles and spray into the airstream to absorb the heat in the air humidification.
The wet film humidifier is a new type of wet film humidifier, which uses water to fully contact with air flow when it penetrates from the wet film downward after exchange, it is directly vaporized and humidified.
Electrode type humidification / high pressure spray humidification and wet membrane humidification need stable replenish water sources.
