Clean room air conditioning case show


The clean room system completes the functions of constant temperature and humidity and purification, the maximum cooling load and dehumidification in summer, and the calculation of maximum heat load and humidification in winter and purification (using primary and intermediate efficiency filters) are all completed by the air conditioning system. The efficiency filter efficiency is 35%, and the medium efficiency filter is 95%.

Clean room air conditioner adopts AHU+initial effect, medium effect filter+exhaust form.


1. The indoor humidity in summer controls the air in the cold section at 14°C dew point temperature; the humidity in winter is controlled by the electrode humidifier receiving the indoor relative humidity sensor signal;

2. In summer, the indoor temperature is cooled by the surface cooler, and then the air passes through the indoor temperature sensor to transmit the control signal to the electric heater to control the supply air temperature. In winter, the indoor temperature sensor is fed back to the air-cooled vortex heat pump host to control the supply air temperature.

3. The humidifier adopts electrode humidification, and the humidification amount controls the opening of the electric valve through the humidity sensor;

4. Room pressure control is realized by controlling the air supply volume and stabilizing the air discharge volume;

6. The controller needs to reserve wiring points such as electric valve/dew point sensor/temperature and humidity sensor/filter pressure difference alarm/dust sensor/humidifier electric valve/exhaust electric control valve;

7. Linkage control of electric heater and fan;

8. The fan adopts frequency conversion fan;
