1. Main structure:
The main body is color steel plate and aluminum alloy profile. All internal and external corners in the room are made of aluminum alloy 30 with rounded corners, so as to solve the problems of easy pollution, dust accumulation and difficult cleaning. The structure is firm, the line is concise, beautiful and good sealing.
2. Standard three zone separation and air pressure regulation:
The PCR process was divided into three independent experimental areas: reagent preparation, specimen preparation and PCR amplification detection. The whole area has an overall buffer corridor. Each independent experimental area is equipped with a buffer, and each area is adjusted by air pressure, so that the reagents and samples in the whole PCR experiment process are free from aerosol pollution, and the pollution of amplification products to personnel and the environment is reduced.
The exhaust fans of buffer zone I, buffer zone II and PCR amplification zone can be opened to exhaust to the outside. Air return outlets with adjustable air volume are installed on the external walls and doors of the Experimental Zone, and the air is exchanged to the room through the air return outlets.
3. Disinfection:
Ultraviolet lamps are installed on the top of three experimental areas, three buffer areas and inside the transmission window for disinfection.
Mobile ultraviolet lamp is also set in reagent preparation area and specimen preparation area to disinfect the experimental table.
4. Mechanical interlocking stainless steel transfer window:
The reagent and specimen are transferred through mechanical interlocking stainless steel (electronic interlocking mode is not recommended) transfer window to ensure that the reagent and specimen are not polluted during the transfer process.
5. Ground
It is recommended to use PVC coil floor or self flowing floor, with good integrity. Easy to clean, corrosion resistant. If there is no condition, terrazzo floor or large tiles (at least 800mm) can be used × 800mm) joint should be less than 2mm.
6. Lighting
The lamps and lanterns should be purified to achieve the characteristics of easy cleaning and dust free.
