Water-cooled chiller maintenance

In the normal operation of water-cooled chillers, it is inevitable that dirt or other impurities will affect the cooling effect. Therefore, in order to extend the service life of the mainframe and achieve better cooling performance, maintenance and maintenance should be done regularly to ensure the quality of the chiller and improve production efficiency.

The details are as follows:

1. Regularly check whether the voltage and current of the chiller are stable, whether the compressor running sound is normal or not. When the chiller is working normally, the voltage is 380V, and the current is in the range of 11A-15A.

2. Regularly check whether the chiller refrigerant has leakage: refer to the parameters displayed on the front panel of the main unit. According to the temperature (winter, summer) temperature changes, the chiller pressure display is also different. When the chiller is working normally, the high pressure shows 11-17kg, and the low pressure shows 3-5kg.

3. Check whether the cooling water system of the chiller is normal, whether the cooling tower fan and the sprinkler shaft are working well, and whether the hydration of the built-in water tank of the chiller is normal.

4. When the chiller is used for six months, it should be cleaned systematically and cleaned once a year. The main cleaning parts include: cooling tower, cooling water pipe and condenser part to ensure better cooling effect.

5. When the chiller is not used for a long time, the circuit breakers such as the water pump, compressor and the main power supply of the cooling tower should be turned off in time.
