First, the chiller's opening and stopping sequence
To ensure that the air conditioner host can operate normally after startup, it must be guaranteed:
The condenser heats up well, otherwise the condensing temperature and the corresponding condensing pressure will be too high, so that the high-pressure protection device of the chiller will stop and even cause a malfunction.
The cold water in the evaporator should be circulated, otherwise the cold water temperature will be low, causing the cold water temperature protection device to stop and stop, or because the evaporation temperature and the corresponding evaporation pressure are too low, the low-pressure protection device of the chiller will stop and even cause The cold water in the evaporator freezes and damages the equipment.
Second, the operation of the chiller is divided into four steps: pre-boot, start-up, normal operation, and shutdown.
Before booting
(1) Confirm that the unit and controller are powered on.
(2) Confirm that the cooling tower fan, cooling water pump, and cold water pump are all turned on.
(3) Confirm that the end fan coil unit has been powered on.
Start Up
(1) Press the status button on the keyboard, and then switch the unit ON/OFF toggle switch under the keyboard to the ON position.
(2) The unit will perform a self-test. After a few seconds, one compressor will start, and another compressor will start after the load increases.
(3) Once the unit is started, all operations are not automatic. The unit automatically starts and stops according to the change of the cold load (refrigerated water supply and return water temperature).
Normal Operation
(1) The unit is in normal operation, the controller will monitor the oil pressure, motor current and other parameters of the system. Once any air-cooled chiller and water-cooled chiller are present, the control system will automatically take corresponding measures to protect the unit. The fault message is displayed on the unit screen.
(2) During each 24-hour operation period, a dedicated person shall permanently record the operating conditions of the unit at regular intervals.
Downtime
(1) As long as the unit ON/OFF toggle switch under the keyboard is switched to the off position, the unit can be stopped.
(2) In order to prevent damage, do not cut off the power of the unit even when the unit is shut down.
