1. According to the division of pollution area, semi pollution area, cleaning area, medical personnel channel and patient channel, calculate the set operation scheme, open or close some fresh air valves, air supply valves and exhaust valves, adjust the angle of some air valves, open or close the air inlet or window, open or stop some ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
2. Monitor the fault alarm signal of the air supply and exhaust fan at any time to ensure the normal operation of the fan; monitor the differential pressure alarm of the air filters at all levels of the air supply and exhaust system at any time, replace the blocked air filters in time to ensure the air supply and exhaust volume.
3. Air handling unit and fresh air unit shall be inspected regularly to keep them clean.
4. The primary filter screen of the fresh air unit should be cleaned every two days; the primary filter should be replaced from January to February; the medium efficiency filter should be inspected every week and replaced every three months; the sub high efficiency filter should be replaced every year. In case of pollution and blockage, the filter should be replaced in time; the end high efficiency filter should be inspected once a year, and should be replaced when the resistance exceeds the design initial resistance of 160 Pa or has been used for more than 3 years.
5. The medium efficiency filter in the exhaust unit should be replaced every year, and it should be replaced in time in case of pollution and blockage.
6. Check the filter screen of the air return outlet regularly. It is better to clean it once a week and replace it once a year. In case of special pollution, replace it in time and wipe the inner surface of return air port with disinfectant.
7. Set up special maintenance and management personnel, follow the instructions for equipment use for maintenance and repair, and make operation manual with inspection and records.
8. The replacement operator of the exhaust high-efficiency air filter shall do a good job in self-protection. The removed exhaust high-efficiency air filter shall be sterilized in situ by professional personnel, then put into a safety container for disinfection and sterilization, and be treated together with the medical waste.
