Clean room rating standard
The Chinese clean room Classification standard and the international standard ISO 14644 classify the clean room (area) and the air cleanliness in the relevant controlled environment according to the single index of suspended particle concentration, and only consider the particle swarm with cumulative distribution of particle size limit (low limit) in the range of 0.1um ~ 5.0um. According to the particle diameter, it can be divided into conventional particles (0.1um ~ 5.0um), ultramicroparticles (< 0.1um) and macroparticles (> 5.0um).
