How is the domestic top microbiology laboratory built?
In order to actively respond to the challenges brought by microbial drug resistance and curb the development and spread of microbial drug resistance, China has successively set up the national monitoring network for bacterial drug resistance, national monitoring network for clinical application of antibacterial drugs and national monitoring network for mycosis as the national monitoring network for antibacterial drugs, bacterial drug resistance and mycosis. In the "Notice on Further Strengthening antimicrobial drug Management and Containment of drug resistance" issued by the National Health Commission, it was proposed that "microbiology laboratories take the initiative to communicate with clinical departments to improve microbial testing programs, carry out corresponding pathogen detection, and improve the diagnosis level of infectious diseases. To sum up, the continuous improvement of the pathogenic detection ability of clinical microbiology laboratories in China is the requirement of the country and the appeal of the people, which should be attached great importance to and continuously improved by medical institutions at all levels.
