1.Unique combination design

2. Reasonable frame structure, the product is sturdy and durable, and has excellent thermal insulation performance
The reinforced aluminum alloy frame structure is used to connect the unit into a solid whole with high-strength joints. At the same time, a reasonable intermediate support is arranged to make the unit uniformly stressed, thereby ensuring the unit does not deform under high pressure. The panel of the box is a double-layer wall structure, the inner layer is galvanized steel, and the outer layer is a colored composite steel plate. The center is sealed with a fluorine-free polyurethane with a thickness of 30-50mm as the heat insulation material. . At the same time, the internal design of the wall panel has a reinforced structure, which makes the unit stronger and more durable.
Insulation protection is used between the aluminum alloy panel and the frame, which completely eliminates cold bridges, has a small air leakage rate, and has good air tightness. The overall structure is novel and unique, strong rigidity, light weight and easy disassembly and assembly.
3. Performance guarantee and excellent quality
The coils (surface coolers, heaters) are designed in accordance with the ARI specifications of the American Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Association. The imported copper tube string aluminum sheet heat exchanger production line is used. The coils have high heat exchange efficiency and low wind and water resistance. The heater also has steel pipe wound aluminum sheet (steel sheet), and steel-aluminum (copper-aluminum) composite tube is available. The fan adopts the domestic advanced KF series central air-conditioning dual inlet centrifugal fan, which has high efficiency, low noise and wide head range. A high-efficiency motor is selected and installed in the fan section to isolate the dust in the air and make it run in clean and low-temperature air, which effectively reduces the power consumption of the motor and extends the life of the motor. Can be equipped with dry steam humidifier, high pressure spray humidifier, wet film humidifier, high humidification efficiency and energy saving.
4. Quiet operation and shockproof
The fan and the motor are installed on a spring shock mount, and the fan and the air outlet are connected by a soft pipe, so that the motor, the fan and other parts of the air-conditioning box that generate vibration are effectively separated to eliminate the transmission of vibration. The fan shaft and the impeller are closely matched, and all the impellers have been corrected for dynamic and static balance to ensure smooth operation.
5.Easy maintenance
The unit is equipped with a specially designed inspection door, which is easy to open for inspection and maintenance. The condensate tray is specially protected against rust. The box is removable, and all parts are taken out for repair. Does not damage the robustness of the cabinet.
