a. Frame Structure
The latest reinforced aluminum alloy profile is used, with surface being subject to andoic oxidation treatment and internal foamed, to prevent the sweat phenomenon on the frame surface, being firm and beautiful.
b. Box Board
It's of sandwich board structure,with foam insulation, of standard thickness 25mm, in which the external material is the second sprayed dhot-dip galvanized sheet steel, of beautiful appearance, resistant to corrosion, rust and weathering; the inner plate is hot-dip galvanized sheet, also resistant to corrosion and rust; the middle rigid polyuredthane foam is uniformly mixed, providing closely integration of external and internal panels and excellent thermal insulation. The box board enjoys firm structure and has excellent performance against sound and vibration.
c. Structure Of Heat Exchange Oil
The heat exchange tube are arranged in the triangular staggered manner, generally 48 rows; the heat exchanges tubes are made of high-quality copper (TP2).
The High-efficient heat exchanger is made on U.S.OAK assembly line. After overall passing through, the copper tube is closely integrated with the aluminum pieces, providing excellent heat transfer effect, satifsfactory for the occasions of the thermal performance requirements; precision processiong machinery and strict processing control ensure uniform piece distance and tight tube expansion.
The external frame of the coil is bent formed with galvanized stell sheet, being firm and durable;bolt connections are used to prevent rust duce to welding of the galvanized layer.
The design work pressure of the coil is 16 bars, test pressure 25 bars.
