1. Air conditioner motor current: According to the rated power of the motor, the current of the motor during normal operation can be determined, and the actual motor operating current should be close to it;

2. The pressure difference of junior, middle-efficiency and high-efficiency filters: These pressure difference values can reflect the use of various filters, and the value can be read on the micro differential pressure meter installed on the air conditioner. At a specific wind speed, the filter normally has a constant differential pressure value. For example, the differential pressure value displayed on the differential pressure gauge is much higher than the differential pressure value (more than twice the initial resistance), indicating that the filter needs to be replaced or Cleaning (cleanable filter); Reference pressure difference of the filter: initial effect: ≦50Pa; intermediate effect: ≦80Pa; high efficiency: ≦100Pa;

3. Inlet and outlet pressure of chilled water in the surface cooler: The surface cooler generally requires the pressure of the chilled water to be 3 kg for the inlet water and 2 kg for the outlet water.

4. Temperature of inlet and outlet of chilled water of surface cooler: inlet temperature requires 7-9℃; outlet temperature will change due to different load. Generally at 10-15°C.

Regularly check the tension and wear of the fan belt. Press the belt by hand and feel tight; if it is obviously loose, it should be tightened in time; if the belt is seriously worn, it should be replaced in time;

*Note: The power supply should be cut off completely when entering the fan room, pay attention to safety!

When the surface cooler heater is deactivated, it is very important to drain the internal water (in winter) to prevent frost cracking.
