Comfort AHU

The comfortable AHU serves people, and its function is similar to that of household air conditioner. The main function is to adjust the air temperature, cool and heat the air, simple filtration and low humidity regulation. This kind of AHU does not have strict requirements on air volume, as long as the air volume can take away the cold (heat) load of the air-conditioned room and the supply air temperature.

Common functional segment combinations of comfort AHU:

A. Filter section + coil section + fan section, this combination is the most common comfort AHU, and the configuration is the lowest. The filter can be general nylon mesh, low-grade (G3, G4) plate or bag filter. The filter is installed externally, which is generally pulled from the side, and some ceiling units will be pulled from the lower part.

Refrigeration coil is generally selected according to refrigeration conditions.

In the application of four tubes, the refrigeration coil and heating coil are independent, that is, the functional section is as follows: filter section + surface cooler section + heating coil section + fan section. In terms of installation and cost, the heating coil is generally placed behind the surface cooling coil and in the same water pan. A few customers will require an intermediate section between surface cooling and heating coils to facilitate the maintenance and cleaning of the two coils.

The fan is generally an ordinary centrifugal fan. Belt drive or external rotor fan can be used. This kind of unit is applicable to all return air conditions, fresh air conditions and mixed conditions.
