12 Ton Split Ducted Split Air Conditioner, Normal operation
If the unit starts after a long time stop, please consider the following steps as start procedure: 1). Oil-heater of the compressor should electric-on at least 8hours, then start the unit. 2). Check and ensure the power supply is more or less 10% according with that shown in the nameplate. 3). When the unit is under normal condition, check the liquid loop’s sight glass. If some bulbs appear, it mean refrigerant gas is not enough and it need to fill. Please check the oil level via oil sight glass, if it is in normal statue, it should be reach up 1/2 position and down 3/4 position. And check whether compressor’s air suction and discharge and currency is ok or not.
Daily unit’s on/off
Daily on/off of the unit can’t adopt by manual valve, don’t switch off the total power supply; firstly press stop button to make the unit stop.
Seasonal unit’s off
Firstly stop the unit, then switch off the total power supply, and turn off all the refrigerating system’s manual valves.
