Semi-hermetic twin compressor
The semi-hermetic screw compressor is developed especially for applications in air-conditioning and refrigeration. With high operating load design, each compressor is of high efficiency and reliability in all operating conditions. Each compressor has the latest and advanced 5-to-6 Patented Screw Rotor Profile designed to ensure high capacity and efficiency in all operating conditions.
Expansion device
Expansion unit consists of butterfly valve and orifice. At 100% load situation, the pressure loss at the orifice is smaller than the refrigerant pressure loss in the condenser, thus the supercooled refrigerant passes through the orifice.

60tons Water Cooled Screw Chiller Every Three Year’s Maintenance
Above we description maintenance and inspection content every year
Contacting with qualified maintenance institutions such as company’s local customer service department to conduct a comprehensive inspection. In particular, we should check the compressor vibration state to ensure that the all components within the compressor in good condition; we should check unit’s tightness condition and the heat exchanger copper tube for leak.; if necessary, we should take non-damage test to pressure container main welds( evaporator and condenser cylinder longitudinal and girth seam) to ensure safety.; we should check operation and safety of electrical appliances to ensure that all electrical appliances in good condition.
