It is the leader of each class who is shouldering greater responsibility. Detection team members are two shifts a day, and the leader of the day is responsible for the need to carry the responsibility of 24 hours non-stop. During these 24 hours, every detail of the lab must be taken care of. As a "leader", the leader is not only on duty longer, but also needs to have certain coordination ability. On the one hand, it is necessary to comprehensively arrange the testing process of all kinds of specimens, and make sure that the laboratory runs in full effect. On the other hand, we should give full play to the advantages of each class and take into account everyone's intermittent rest to maintain physical strength and work efficiency. The group leader also ensures the quality of each specimen and the biological safety and orderly operation of the whole laboratory.
