After the unit is assembled, the staff will check the compressor system for leaks to see if there is any leakage of refrigerant. Confirm that there is no quality problem, the unit will be installed with all the panels and enter the test process.
The testing department will check wires, terminals, electrical boxes, wires and other components according to the product model and production quantity specified in the production order. The control wires use different colors to form a single circuit as a group. Any wiring needs to be marked according to the drawing and cannot be changed arbitrarily; protection devices such as AC contactors and thermal relays should be adjusted according to the rated parameters of the product, and should not be increased or decreased arbitrarily.
Vacuum filling refrigerant should be operated strictly in accordance with the instructions. The error of the refrigerant filling amount shall not be greater than or less than 50g. Connect the inlet pipe of the refrigerant pressure gauge to the outlet valve of the refrigerant tank filling bottle, and the other two high and low pressure pipes of the pressure gauge and the unit System high and low pressure needle valves are connected.
After the test, there is no problem. The unit will enter the warehouse to be packed. The export packaging is pearl cotton, plastic stretch film and export-grade wooden boxes.
