Use flame-retardant and waterproof rubber-plastic insulation pipe; the wall thickness of the insulation pipe should not be less than 9mm; the joints of the insulation pipe should be reliably wrapped with tape.
Copper pipe preparation:
①Hard straight copper tube The two ends of the copper tube are sealed and sealed
②Cleaning of copper pipe:
Degreasing cleaning agent: ether;
Purity requirements: chemically pure;
Pressure purge gas: nitrogen;
Output pressure: 0.6MPa;
Requirements: pure.
Operation steps: Dip a clean silk fabric with ether, pass the copper pipe back and forth, and then purge it with high-pressure nitrogen, repeat 1-3 times.
Copper pipe cutting:
A cutting knife must be used to cut copper pipes. Never use a hacksaw to cut copper pipe!
1. System vacuum: 1 hour within 15m of pipeline length, 2 hours within 30m of pipeline length.
2. In the secondary evacuation method, if the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump is less than 50HMG, R22 gas should be injected into the pipeline to above the flat pressure, and then vacuumed again after keeping it for 10-15 minutes.
3. After the pipeline is evacuated, it should not be placed in a vacuum state for a long time, and R22 should be injected to above the positive pressure.
4. The specifications of the vacuum pump: the vacuum pump should be greater than 2 liters/sec, and 6 liters/sec is recommended.
