Function section of fresh air handling unit
The fresh air unit has multiple functional sections, which roughly include the following
Filter section:
Coarse efficiency filter, medium efficiency filter and high efficiency filter are selected as required, which are mainly used to effectively capture dust particles with different particle diameters.
Surface cooling section:
Use the surface cooler to cool and dehumidify the fresh air, and control the supply air temperature and humidity.
Humidification section:
The use of electrode humidification, steam humidification, high pressure spray and humidification can guarantee relatively strict relative humidity requirements.
Fan section:
Centrifugal fan and axial flow fan can be selected as required. Generally, centrifugal fan is selected.
Sterilization section:
Such as ultraviolet lamp sterilization.
The above are the conventional air treatment sections, which can meet the requirements of human body for temperature, humidity and air cleanliness in the air-conditioned room. In addition, considering the need of energy conservation, in addition to the above functional sections, the fresh air unit may also be equipped with a heat recovery section. The heat recovery section uses the heat recovery device to recover the cold heat in the exhaust air to precooling or preheat the fresh air, so as to realize the recovery and utilization of energy.
