Reason: The cold water pipe is not well insulated, and the insulation material is not tightly attached to the pipe. As a result, the pipe is insulated with small holes or not tight. The air enters the pipe wall to produce condensed water. The more water is formed, the more it does not necessarily flow out. , wet the ceiling. Seriously, the ceiling of the mineral wool board was soaked, and even the ceiling was collapsed, and the unnecessary consumption of cold was excessive, resulting in waste of energy.

Countermeasures: In addition to the emphasis on construction, the use of insulation materials in the design should emphasize the practice. Polyurethane foam (self-extinguishing) tiles are currently glued to the pipe for good effect or directly foamed with polyester.


4. Countermeasures:

1. Reheat the cold water pipes, valves, and fresh air pipes, and use foamed polyurethane to prevent pipe condensate.

2. Adjust the slope and slope direction of the condensate pipe so that the water in the water collection tray can be smoothly drained.

3. Combine the four frozen loops into two loops, which solves the problem of tripping due to small load.
