Use fresh air from the air conditioner to run as much as possible and increase the fresh air volume
Open windows regularly for ventilation
Buildings that do not have fresh air conditions should add medium-efficiency and sub-high-efficiency filters
Central air conditioners that share return air in multiple rooms should increase the fresh air volume and close the return air at the same time
For rooms without fresh air system and incapable of opening windows for ventilation, avoid using them during special periods
If a central air-conditioning system with return air must be used, a filter above F7 should be used in the air-conditioning unit or return air outlet
In hospitals and buildings with confirmed cases, the central air-conditioning system should be shut down and the disinfection and isolation work should be carried out in time.
Sort out air conditioning and ventilation systems, sort out the types of air conditioning and ventilation systems in each functional area, and the service floors and rooms associated with each system;
Check that the air-conditioning and ventilation equipment is operating normally, and the operating parameters and control functions are normal;
Check to confirm that the fresh air intake of the unit is directly taken from the outdoors (not from the computer room, corridor, and ceiling), and the surrounding area of the fresh air intake should be clean and free of pollution sources;
Check and confirm that there are no abnormal openings, gaps, wind and short circuits in the air system pipeline;
Check that the relevant valves, filters and other components are functioning normally;
Confirm that air filters, surface coolers, heaters, humidifiers, condensate pans and other parts that are easy to accumulate dust and bacteria have been cleaned and disinfected, and air filters have been cleaned or replaced;
Check the dust and mildew on the air outlets at the end of the air conditioner, and organize cleaning and disinfection work.
