Installation definition:

Professional installers: those who have certain basic knowledge of refrigeration and electrical, technical experience, and qualification certificates for air-conditioning installation, and are authorized to complete air-conditioning installation tasks in a safe manner.

Construction site safety:

All installation work must be carried out when the unit is turned off and the power supply is disconnected;

The installation and construction personnel responsible for the implementation must have the corresponding professional skills (electricians, welders, etc.) qualification certification;

The installation and construction personnel responsible for implementation must take personal safety and equipment safety protection measures, and wear necessary protective equipment: safety helmets and safety belts;

The installation and construction personnel responsible for implementation must obtain the permission of the person in charge of the user site when they need to obtain electricity or catch fire at the construction site. If the user requests it, the relevant construction approval procedures must be completed in advance before the construction can be started;

The installation and construction personnel responsible for the implementation shall prepare the necessary fire prevention and waterproof measures and appliances before the formal start of construction.

Inspection and handling before installation of the unit:

1. Check whether there is pressure inside the system. The normal pressure is 0.5MPa-4.5Mpa. If there is no pressure, should contact the manufacturer in time to confirm whether it can be installed.

2. Processes such as the transportation and placement of the dedicated air conditioning unit. If the conditions are available on site, the whole machine should be transported. If the conditions are poor and the unit needs to be disassembled and transported, you should first confirm with the manufacturer after-sales that the disassembly is feasible, and then operate with care. When recombining, the unit must be reorganized, the level must be corrected, and the control circuit must be restored.

3. After the unit is in place, the packaging materials should be removed, and the inside and outside of the unit should be checked in detail for integrity. If any damage is found, the manufacturer should be notified immediately after-sales and proper handling.

Unit protection:

Protection during transportation:

1. When handling the unit, a soft material must be used to provide proper protection to the unit to prevent the unit from being damaged due to collisions during handling.

2. When the air conditioner unit needs to be put down when the doorway of the building is too low during transportation, the unit can be slightly lying on its side (note that the compressor must be removed, and the scroll compressor may not be removed) for transportation.

Protection during installation:

It is recommended that the unit restore the packaging materials during installation to protect the unit

Basic requirements for unit installation:

1. Avoid installing the unit in a place directly exposed to sunlight;

2. A maintenance space of 1m should be maintained on the front and both sides of the unit, and a maintenance space of 400mm should be left behind.

3. For units with lower air supply and upper return air, the net height of the raised floor used for air supply must be no less than 400mm, and the height between the top of the unit and the ceiling must be no less than 500mm to achieve the best air circulation. effect.

4. To facilitate maintenance, a power switch should be set within 3m on the right side of the air conditioning unit, and the power supply of the air conditioning unit can be connected from this power switch.

5. Generally, the power supply of the air-conditioning unit is three-phase, avoid the use of single-core hard copper wire, and the installation unit is responsible for the installation.

6. The power cord of the indoor unit and outdoor condenser should be led to the terminal of the unit by the installation unit so that the commissioning personnel can wire it on site. The flexible core wire for the power cord requires the protection process of the wire tube.
