Working principle of overload protector

B. The protector consists of a complete circuit consisting of heating wire, bimetal sheet and two static contacts, which are then connected in series to the circuit where the refrigeration compressor is located.

C. The principle is that when the current in the circuit of the system increases without reason, the heating wire will generate a large amount of heat. When the bimetal sheet is baked by the heat of the heating wire, it arches in the opposite direction, disconnecting from the electric shock and cutting off the entire circuit.

D. even if the current in the circuit is very small, the case of the refrigeration compressor or the motor temperature is too high, the same phenomenon will occur. Thus effectively protect the safe operation of refrigeration compressor. More convenient is that this protection can be automatically reset, so the use of the process is very convenient.
