Working characteristics of various compressors
1. Semi-sealed piston refrigeration compressor
Among various types of refrigeration compressors, piston compressors are the earliest and still have more models. For example, semi-hermetic piston refrigeration compressors are widely used in refrigeration and refrigeration equipment. Common manufacturers are: Emerson, Bitzer, Sanyo ,Panasonic and other compressors.
Features of semi-hermetic piston refrigeration compressor: wide energy pressure range and refrigeration capacity, low material requirements, more mature technology, simpler compressor system, but very afraid of liquid shock.
Common failures of semi-hermetic piston refrigeration compressors have two aspects: mechanical failures and electrical failures. Common mechanical failures include connecting rods, crankshafts, valve plates and valve plates are worn or damaged; electrical failures are more common due to short circuit, open circuit and burnout of motor windings.
2. Scroll refrigeration compressor
The scroll compressor is mainly composed of: a moving disk (vortex rotor), a stationary disk (vortex stator), a bracket, a cross coupling ring, a back pressure cavity, and an eccentric shaft. It can be divided into two types: low pressure cavity compression and high pressure cavity. The low-pressure chamber compressor shows that the entire casing is low temperature, and the inside of the shell chamber (except the exhaust port and the exhaust chamber) is low pressure; the high-pressure chamber compressor shows that the entire casing is high temperature, and the inside of the shell chamber (except suction) Both the air port and the suction chamber are high pressure. Scroll compressor features: smooth operation, low vibration, quiet working environment, few wearing parts, stable operation, low noise, long life, high EER value, and is used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
3.The characteristics of screw type compressor: the rotor, bearing strength and wear resistance are relatively high; the exhaust volume is almost not affected by the exhaust pressure; the high efficiency is maintained in a wide range of working conditions; the energy can be adjusted steplessly , Not sensitive to infusion.
Screw compressors are also afraid of liquid shock, but screw compressors are not so sensitive to a small amount of liquid return, and a large amount of liquid return can cause compressor failure.
