Rotor Heat Recovery Device Installation Method & Precautions
Connect the indoor exhaust air to the upper section of the rotor housing as indicated on the label. The air is discharged outdoors through the rotor. Connect the outdoor fresh air to the lower section of the rotor housing, and the air is supplied indoors through the rotor. The fresh air system and exhaust air system must be strictly sealed to prevent air leakage between the systems. Connect the drive motor to a 380V power supply, and adjust the rotation direction to match the direction indicated on the label. Avoid contact between the rotor surface and sharp or hard objects to prevent surface damage. Maintenance The bearings have been pre-lubricated with grease at the factory before shipment. However, it is recommended to relubricate the bearings upon initial startup. For standard 24/7 operation (-40℃ to +40℉), relubricate every 6 months. For high-temperature applications, relubricate every 3 months. Motors designed for constant speed or variable speed operation have an extremely long service life and generally do not require relubrication. Regularly adjust the belt tension to ensure transmission reliability. If dust or particles accumulate on the medium surface, clean it using vacuuming, compressed air blowing, low-pressure steam, or warm water. Avoid using solvents or detergents to prevent damage to the adhesive bonding the desiccant on the medium surface.
