Main Differences Between G4 and F8 Filters
Filtration Efficiency:
G4 Filter: Has a filtration efficiency of 90% or above for particles larger than 10μm, mainly used for filtering large particles.
F8 Filter: Has a filtration efficiency of 90% or above for particles larger than 1μm, and 80-90% for particles larger than 0.4μm, capable of filtering medium and small particles.
Airflow Resistance:
G4 Filter: Has lower airflow resistance, maintaining good air flow efficiency, suitable for places where higher airflow is required.
F8 Filter: Has higher airflow resistance compared to G4 filters but still maintains good air flow efficiency, suitable for places where higher air cleanliness is required.
Application Scenarios:
G4 Filter: Suitable for places with lower air cleanliness requirements, such as residential, commercial buildings, and some industrial production areas.
F8 Filter: Suitable for places with higher air cleanliness requirements, such as medical hygiene, pharmaceutical industry, electronics manufacturing, and laboratories.
