Precautions before servicing or operating the unit:
Note: in order to prevent electric shock casualties, carefully carry out control installation, adjustment or other operation and maintenance when the power is connected. Under normal conditions, put all power switches in the "off" position and lock them.
Warning: before maintenance, disconnect all power switches, including remote switches, otherwise serious personal injury or fatal accident will occur.
Note: first, it is necessary to establish the correct phase sequence. Before the unit is started, the phase sequence must be checked, otherwise the compressor may be seriously damaged.
Note: do not use untreated or improperly treated water, otherwise the equipment may be damaged.
Note: proper water flow of shell and tube heat exchanger must be established before unit operation.
Unit inspection:
When the unit arrives, carefully confirm whether the unit is consistent with the order and assembled correctly.
Check all external components for visible damage. If there is any obvious damage or material shortage, please inform the transporter, make a note of "unit damage" on the shipping receipt of the shipper, specify the degree and type of damage found, and notify the manufacturer's sales or maintenance personnel.
Do not proceed with the installation of the damaged unit without the permission of the sales or maintenance personnel.
Inspection items:
In order to avoid the loss of unit damage during transportation, please complete the following inspection items accepted by the unit:
1. Before receiving the unit, check whether there is obvious damage on the unit and packaging materials.
2. After the equipment is delivered, check the unit for internal damage as soon as possible. Internal damage must be reported to the manufacturer's sales or maintenance personnel within the time specified by each manufacturer after the unit is signed.
3. Stop unpacking if internal damage is found. Do not remove damaged materials from the receiving location. If possible, please take photos or videos of the damaged objects. The receiving party must provide credible evidence that the damage was not caused after delivery.
4. Inform the manufacturer's sales or maintenance personnel to arrange repair. However, do not repair the damaged part of the unit until the shipping Party's representative checks it.
The design and manufacturing standards of the unit comply with GB / t18430.1. Before leaving the factory, each unit has undergone complete assembly and leakage test of pipes and circuits. Each unit has been filled with an appropriate amount of refrigerant and refrigerant, and has passed the complete operation test.
Unit storage:
If the unit is to be stored on the site for a period of time before installation, please take the following precautions to prevent equipment damage:
1. Place the chiller in a safe place with ventilation, drying, anti vibration and solid foundation. If the chiller has been insulated in the factory, please avoid the direct exposure of the unit to the sun, and do not remove any protective covers placed on the unit in the factory.
2. The high and low pressure of the unit must be checked once a month to confirm that the pressure of the refrigeration system has not decreased. If there is refrigerant leakage, please contact the manufacturer's sales personnel or maintenance personnel for reasonable treatment.
3. The water side of the chiller does not need special attention, but there may be sundries in the water pipe. Therefore, the water pipe needs to be checked and cleaned before the unit is put into operation.
4. If the unit is to be stored for more than one year, the unit shall be inspected once a year from the first day of storage to observe whether there is leakage. This work also needs to be completed by qualified maintenance personnel.
5. When installing the unit, please install it according to the instruction manual sent with the unit. Any work during the first start-up of the new unit must be carried out under the guidance of qualified maintenance personnel.
Note: in order to avoid damaging the thermal insulation installed in the factory, please avoid exposure to the sun!
