Compared with other industrial machinery and equipment, industrial chiller products have relatively high power consumption. There are two problems that should be clarified here. One is the relationship between the installed capacity of industrial chillers and the power consumption. Second, there is a difference in unit efficiency and power consumption during full load operation and partial load operation.
Industrial chiller manufacturers believe that if the reasonable operation and operation adjustment can be carried out, the power consumption of the industrial chiller can be greatly reduced. The condensing temperature of an industrial chiller depends on the outdoor dry bulb temperature, while the condensing temperature of some industrial chillers depends on the outdoor wet bulb temperature. Within a day, the outdoor air dry bulb temperature changes much more than the wet bulb temperature. Therefore, the power consumption of industrial chillers is greatly affected by this.
