The position of the coil in the air-conditioning box changes according to the form of the air-conditioning box. The functional sections of the centralized air-conditioning box include air mixing, filtering, heating and cooling coils, fans and additional sections.
A basic air-conditioning box, whether blown or suction, is assembled in different sections or modules manufactured by the factory. Although the number of constituent sections varies greatly, at least the coil section and the fan section should be included. The following introduces a blown air conditioning box, which has 5 basic components: mixing box, filter section, additional section, coil section and fan section. Fresh air and return air are mixed in the mixing box and filtered in the filter section. The additional section is used for maintenance and cleaning. The coil section is equipped with heating coils or cooling coils or both to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling the air. The fan delivers air. Different parts can be judged according to the sequence of air flow.
For special purposes, additional coatings are required to prevent corrosion. Use 1-inch fire-resistant glass fiber to heat the inside of the fan and coil section. The outlet and downstream of the cooling coil in all cabinets need to be insulated to prevent condensation. The outer surface of the thermal insulation part needs plastic, residual material or other anti-corrosion coatings to prevent corrosion of the surface exposed to the high-speed airflow.
