Features of Desiccant Rotor Dehumidifier For Electronic :
1. Ensure the temperature, cleanliness and large air supply in the drying room
2. The humidity is 20~30%. General air conditioners and compression refrigeration dehumidifiers (belonging to physical mechanical dehumidification methods) cannot meet this humidity requirement at all. To meet this requirement, chemical dehumidification must be used. The commonly used chemical dehumidification method is molecular sieve rotary dehumidifier.
3. Lithium chloride is highly corrosive, easily soluble in water, short service life and other shortcomings. It has been eliminated abroad, and molecular sieve runners are used for dehumidification. Molecular sieve dehumidification runners are suitable for very low occasions where air humidity usually requires 1%-10%, such as mobile phone lithium battery manufacturing, special plastic industries, etc. Since the regeneration temperature of the molecular sieve dehumidification rotor is generally above 160°C, it consumes a lot of energy and is expensive, so it is not suitable for general pharmaceutical companies.
4. There are two regeneration methods for the rotary dehumidifier, namely electric heating and steam heating.
