Cabin specifications and   materials

1. Modular   standard marine container single box structure, internal overall purification   engineering and supporting, factory turnkey engineering, on-site assembly,   simple and fast; The maximum area of the combination is 5000m2.

2. The overall   dimension of single box (40 foot high cabinet): 12024 * 2350 * 2896mm (LWH),   convenient for transportation.

3. The whole   product is made of shipping container standard, steel structure is bent and   welded, 6mm thick high quality steel support frame, and 4mm thick high   quality steel plate is used for internal ground, which is stable and durable.

Building envelope   decoration

1. the ceiling and internal partition wall are   made of 50mm thick laboratory special antibacterial purification board, with   a thickness of 0.426mm, good antibacterial effect, fire prevention,   moisture-proof, anti degumming, high strength, heat insulation and sound   absorption, and the surface coating has antistatic performance.

2. the internal and external corners of the   intersection of indoor ground and wall shall be equipped with 30mm arc shaped   aluminum profile with special radius of clean room, so as to ensure that the   inside of the box is smooth without sanitary dead angle, no ash accumulation   and mould.

3. all rooms are equipped with special steel   clean sealing doors with closed glass observation windows, which can be   closed automatically; The two doors in buffer room have interlock device and   emergency opening device. It can be opened manually in case of power failure   and other emergency.

4. the floor is made of 2 mm thick   corrosion-resistant PVC coil with seamless connection, which is fireproof,   antibacterial, antistatic, wear-resistant and anti-skid.

5. the cabin is equipped with transfer window   to transfer materials between the outside and adjacent rooms. The door of the   transfer window has the function of interlock and is equipped with   ultraviolet lamp disinfection.

Functional zoning/Functional   Division

1. In strict   accordance with the P3 (BSL-3) mobile laboratory standard for air   conditioning purification and functional partition design and manufacturing,   three core work areas: reagent preparation area, sample preparation area and   product amplification analysis area, all with independent buffer rooms; two   Two equipment rooms: clean equipment room (including air, water purification,   fresh air air conditioning and UPS power supply), sewage equipment room   (including sewage and exhaust air); decontamination room is also optional.

2. The built-in   positive pressure clean corridor is convenient to ensure the cleanliness of   the cabin and observe the situation of each zone.

3. The core   working room is designed for negative pressure and has a certain pressure   gradient. The air flow is gradually reduced in accordance with the reagent   preparation area --- sample preparation area --- product amplification   analysis area, and the air flow direction is a one-way flow of fresh air.   Exhaust form.

4. Each core   workshop is equipped with transfer windows for goods transfer. The transfer   windows and doors have an interlocking function and are equipped with   ultraviolet lamps for disinfection.

Each core   working room is equipped with LED clean lights and ultraviolet lights, which   are energy-saving and convenient for maintenance, which can effectively   prevent the growth of bacteria, and the room illumination meets the standard   requirements; and the ultraviolet light is equipped with a delay function to   protect the safety of experimenters.

Fresh   air clean air conditioning and efficientclean exhaust system

1. In strict   accordance with the P3 (BSL-3) mobile PCR laboratory standard, the clean   constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system is designed to   ensure the air supply, exhaust, air exchange, cleanliness, temperature,   relative humidity, pressure and Pressure gradient; internal design conditions   of the laboratory: temperature is 18℃~26℃, relative humidity is 30%~70%,   cleanliness is ISO7 level.

2. Use   high-efficiency and energy-saving clean air conditioning to process fresh   air. The fresh air is supplied through primary and medium-efficiency   secondary filtration, and the end air outlet adopts high-efficiency filters,   and three-stage filtration is used for air supply. The airflow organization   is upper and lower rows;

3. The clean   exhaust system is designed with two high-efficiency filters, and the DC   frequency conversion clean exhaust cabinet is adopted to meet the indoor   cleanliness and negative pressure accuracy requirements, and the exhaust air   meets the emission hygiene requirements.

Adopting the   world's latest technology, the fresh air DC frequency conversion constant   temperature and humidity clean air conditioner, the fresh air is filtered at   the initial and medium efficiency, the direct expansion evaporator, through   the condensation heat recovery and reheating system, achieves the functions   of filtration, purification, temperature adjustment, dehumidification or   humidification , To meet the conditions of -20 to 50 degrees full climate;   due to the use of new technologies such as DC inverter compressor, DC   inverter fan, R410a refrigerant and condensation heat recovery technology,   not only has reached the high precision of temperature, humidity and   cleanliness, but also more Energy saving and environmental protection.

4. Independent   clean exhaust system, using laboratory negative pressure high-efficiency   clean exhaust fan, secondary high-efficiency filter filtration, using DC   frequency conversion fan, high efficiency and energy saving, can effectively   filter indoor bio-aerosol and other dirty air, avoid polluting the external   environment .

5. The   straight-line distance between the fresh air and exhaust air inlets is>   12m to avoid cross-contamination.

6. The fresh air   and exhaust air ducts are made of stainless steel or PVC integrally welded circular   ducts, which are corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant and easy to clean.

Water supply and drainage   system

1. Clean water   storage tanks and water supply pressurization systems are installed in the   cleaning equipment room, and backflow prevention devices are installed; small   sewage treatment equipment is installed in the sewage equipment room for   chemical or high-temperature disinfection.

2. Laboratory   sewage is self-absorbed by small sewage treatment equipment, and discharged   to the sewage pipe network after inactivation treatment.

Control System

1. Visual   intelligent control system, with room temperature and humidity, pressure   gradient, lighting, UV lamp control, etc.

2. It has   dynamic pressure control capability, automatically balances the pressure   difference changes caused by the opening and closing of the door, the   air-conditioning filter and the high-efficiency filter blockage, and displays   the operating status of the purifying air-conditioning blower.

3. It has the   function of detecting the clogging of the exhaust air efficient filter, and   realizes the alarm function when clogging occurs and reminds the replacement.

4. Both the main   control panel and the room control panel have the functions of pressure   display and pressure gradient monitoring, alarms for exceeding the pressure   range; real-time monitoring and alarm functions of room temperature and   humidity.

Communication system

1. The main   screen of monitoring and the control screen of each core work room, and video   and voice communication can be carried out between the work rooms.

Power supply system
