Production Introduction

a. Cooling tower and outdoor unit not needed.

b. Patented all heat recovery technology having heat recovery efficiency at least 85% and evaporative condensation units up to 92%.

Low-temperature low-humidity indoor exhaust air is used as the cooling air of the evaporative condenser, which not only uses the sensible heat (temperature difference)of the indoor air exhaust heat, but uses the latent heat (humidity difference), ensuring condensation effect is greatly better than that of the direct using outdoor air for cooling, preventing the energy loss due to air displacement and ventilation, Likewise, during heating of the unit, the high or low-temperature air exhausted from indoors can be used as the heat exchange souce at teh side of the evaporator. Compared with traditional central air conditioningsystems, it saves energy for about 50%.

c. Condensed water discharge system not needed (unique for evaporative condenser).

The condensed water coming from fresh air evaporation and to be treated can be directly introduced into the air exhaust condensation system of the unit a the cooling water, without the use of condensed water discharge system. Because lower condensed water temperature, not only the cooling capacity can be recovered, but the advanced film-type water cooling method can be utilized, enabling the cooling method can be utilized, enabling the cooling water to sufficiently wet the condensing fins, reinforce the heat exchange of condensing plate, and effectively overcome the scale phenomenon due to the water film on the fin liable to "dry point".
