Fan coil selection:

Step 1: specify the type, specification, air outlet position and other requirements of the selected unit.

1. When selecting the fan coil refrigeration unit, the design preheating load is matched with the sensible heat load of the unit. In most cases, the coil has sufficient latent heat capacity to meet the design requirements. If outdoor air is used, the load and calculation formula shall be adjusted accordingly: water temperature rise (℃) = air temperature rise (℃ dB).

2. Heating: generally, the heating capacity of the unit selected for refrigeration is sufficient, and the return heat is selected according to the same water flow, that is, the water inlet temperature is used to meet the indoor heating load, the indoor heating load (), and the air inlet temperature (℃).

3. Refrigeration: indoor preheating refrigeration load (), indoor total thermal refrigeration load (), inlet air temperature (℃ dB / ℃ WB), inlet water temperature (℃), air volume (). The second step of fan coil selection: determine the unit specification, water volume, required water temperature, pressure drop and other parameters.

1. Make sure whether oil-bearing or oil-bearing shaft pump is used for the fan motor bearing. If oil-bearing shaft pump is used, oil shall be added regularly according to regulations.

2. Specify the left or right outlet direction of the water connection pipe of the selected unit (related to the pipeline layout, etc.).

3. When hot water is supplied in winter, the water temperature is generally not more than 60 ℃, which can reduce the scale formation, and at the same time, reduce the alternating effect of cold and heat, which will weaken the expansion force of the expansion pipe and affect the heat transfer.

4. Pay attention to the thermal insulation measures of the outlet water to avoid condensation and damage to indoor buildings during summer use.
